Tiger Cubs is the for boys in the first grade and/or 7 years old.  Adult leaders are there to support and guide 
the boys, not do it for them.  The boys learn by doing activities for themselves.  In Tiger Cubs, the boys learn the
first steps to becoming Cub Scouts.

	The Tiger Cub motto is - SEARCH, DISCOVER, SHARE.

	Being a Tiger Cub teaches them to DO THEIR BEST and to BE HELPFUL TO OTHERS.
