About Pack 12
Pack 12 has it's monthly Pack meetings, on the fouth Tuesday of the month. There are currently 26 boys in our Pack. As a Pack we perform service projects, fundraising and go camping along with other special events.
Pack 12 did a Scouting For Food Drive on the first and second Saturday of March, along with Boy Scout Troop 13. We passed out about 350 bags and collected 61 bags of food for the Central Missouri Food Bank. That was 531 pounds of food collected. I am very pleased with the response the Pack and the Troop received.
This month, we had a cake auction to help raise funds for the Pack. The theme for the cakes were Baloo Skies (a weather theme) and we had some pretty cool cakes made by the boys. In all we raised $780.50 that night.
In April we are planning a Bike-A-Thon on the Katy Trail. Boys will be riding ten miles to raise money for the Pack.
In May the Pack is planning to go on a joint camping trip with Pack 90 from Centralia. There the boys will have the opportunity to work on activities and electives for their ranks in a fun setting.
Hallsville Pack 12 is chartered by the Hallsville PTO. Our Charter representative is Suzanne Stillwell.
